I would like to know if there is a way to find out if my ex is working on the books. We have been separated for 7 years and has never given me any child support. Does anyone know how to do this?

If you get an order for child support the Court can be asked to bring him in for full financial disclosure - it's called different things in different States.

You can also hire a Licensed Private Investigator to run a complete background check, including employment.
