How do I view my criminal record?
I was charged with a felony offense eight years ago. I made a deal with the judge that I would plead to a lesser offense and serve my probation without error in order to keep my record clean of a felony. I would really like to know if my record really is clear. How would I go about finding this out?

Go back to the court and ask for the record of the trial.

You can get a copy of the Final Disposition Sheet either in person or by mail. The Clerk's Office will for a small charge and a self addressed envelope send you a certified copy of your Final Disposition Sheet in the mail if you don't want to go in person. Call them to find out the case number (in case you don't have it) and the copying and certification charge.
