    Toilet will not drain
I put a new toilet in a new basement.it flushed 2 times and no more.I snaked the toilet and tried to flush and it did not flush;the water stayed in the bowl.
I removed the toilet and snaked the toilet drainpipe and poured water down the drainpipe.it did not overflow and I went on pouring water in that drainpipe and it went on going down the drain.
I put back the toilet with a new wax ring but it did not flush.the water just stayed in the toilet bowl.
    What else can I do.
    Please help me.
    Thank you

Does this new toilet sewer line have a vent within 5 feet of the toilet to let the soil line vent air when flushing?
    If not there's your problem
Usually just pouring water in the sewer line or running a hose can still allow it to wet vent through its own pipe. When a toilet tries to dump water all at once it vacuums quick

So it's a vent or the toilet isn't happy.

Since you already took it up once I would have taken it out side and filled up the tank and bowl and flushed it to test it. If that works and solved the toilet question then it's the sewer line vent problem or a clog.
    I'm leaning vent.
    Do the test on toilet.
Was there a toilet there before?

Was it a new toilet? What happened to me at a rental was that the renter used it and went #2 and pluged up the trap in the toilet. I found this out only after I pulled the bowl and did the same thing as you did. I had to take it out side and use a hose on it to open it back up and it worked fine. YUK!
