    Collection of Outstanding fines
    I have just been notified of an outstanding court fine which I know nothing about. The offence date is over 13 years ago. As I know nothing of the offence am I obliged now to pay or does the statute of limitations effect this

    What is the fine for? As far as I'm aware, SOL doesn't apply because this is a fine, not a demand for money.
