I would like to know if listing first names and illnesses of children who have been granted a wish by a wish granting agency if OK to do.

Is this a medical agency? If that then it doesn't seem like their breaking any hippa laws. Now maybe if they were listening first, last name, and medical condition then there might be an issue.
