I have a 6 month old daughter, when can she start having juices and do I dilute it?

Talk to your pediatrician to confirm anything; I waited until my daughter was almost 1 before giving her juice. She's almost 2 now and I still dilute her juice with water. Kids don't need all the sugar and additives that are in juice today. Buy Juicy Juice if you can; it's a lot healthier.

I have 4 healthy children and I gave all of them BABY juice when they were 6 months old. With their doctors OK. You can find it in the baby section of your store and you do not need to mix with water. It is made just for them.

She doesn't need the juice, but you can start it now. Do look for ones that are 100% juice, as was said, and dilute them. Infant juices are often already quite diluted, but check the sugar content and you may want to dilute them as well. Small amounts here and there is fine. You don't want it to take the place of breastmilk or formula.
