I have a wife that I dearly love past 8 month she developed some painfull lumps and swollen legs, she went to the doctor and to the specialist they found nothing wrong on the legs. But every time the legs go back to normal they live black big spots on her leg.

The fact that you have been given no explanation or even any maybe's, leaves you obviously worried,so I would go back to your Doctor saying that you need more information on why this happens, if he is unhelpful, I would maybe change to another Doctor.

Legs can swell for a few reasons that I am aware of; standing to long, fluid in the legs, over weight, body fluid build up etc...

The black spots.. maybe they are blueyblack more than just black!. could be down to bad circulation... just get her to do some general leg exersizes.
