Went to the vet on Monday as my CKCS has has runny poo since I got her a month ago. There has also been blood in it and a clear jelly. This morning there were lots of spots of blood even after she went toilet. It's not thick blood and I'm going back to vet today with stool sample but any idea what it could be I'm worried sick. Other than this she runs around and acts healthy.

Has she been vomiting any, and eating and drinking well? How's her energy level? If she isn't displaying any other symptoms my guess would be coccidia, or perhaps hookworms.

She eats and drinks whatever I give her so not fussy at all. Vet said it's probably burst blood vessels because she goes toilet so often. Lets hope that's all it is and now just have to wait for test results from stool sample. She's on another course of antibiotics and anti inflammatories in the meantime.
