I want to have soul custody of my almost 5 month old daughter
I want soul custody of my daughter, I can't stand her father by the minute.. at first he was a great guy but shortly after I found out about the pregnancy he became a real jerk.. as of now he is on probation for another 2 years and gets out of house arrest next month.. he lost his job recently due to economic downsizing, I'm still looking for work.. he keeps believing that I'm his property just cause I had his baby.. I'm sick of it, he won't listen.. I want to end it all by getting soul custody of my daughter.. how can I make it all happen?

Family counseling would be a great start.

What does custody of your daughter have to do with the fact that you allow him to treat you like property? They are two entirely separate issues.

His visitation should be on a schedule set up by the court and it has nothing to do with you and you continuing a relationship with him.

As to your actual question, you go to court and request full custody with no visitation. I will tell you though, if he wants visits, he will very likely get them.

Well first only Jesus can get soul custody, but you may be sole custody but that does not mean he will not get visitiation and he may even get joint custody if he wants to fight for it.

Just you not liking him has nothing to do with it.

You file in court, get chid support and see what visits the judge will allow and what he fights for
