I went to court on January 15th for January rent and my landlord's attorney told me that the rent needed to be paid by January 23.

I was informed by the rental office leasing consultant that Evictions will be held on January 22 at 11am.

I have not received an official eviction notice from the shreiff's office and the only thing I have is the court summons for me to apprear in court for the 15th.

Will I be evicted tomorrow?

When you went to court, not what their attorney told you, when you went before the judge what did the judge tell you.

I would assume by your post, the judge ordered and gave them the order of eviction. Which will be done when the court schedules a officer to stand there while they haul all of your stuff to the street.

I did not stand in front of the judge. The attorney told me I was fine until the 23rd. That is why I am asking this question.
