Here is the Problem. I have taken the old comination fan/light/heatlamp unit down. I have replaced with a combination fan/light and a second light over the shower. The original wiring was retained. There were three switches controlling each light/fan/heatlamp independently. There is only one three wire + ground running to the ceiling. I followed the old wiring and hooked the new unit in + ran 2 wire to shower light. The red is hot coming in and the only connection I can get to work is the red and the bare ground, which compleats a circuit. I followed the old wiring to no avail. I cannot get fan or second light to work. Can anyone provide wiring instructions or diagram? I can't run new wiring to ceiling. Any help would be greatly appreciated?

Whoa... you can't use a bare wire in the circuit. A ground wire is just that... NEVER USE A GROUND WIRE IN A CIRCUIT. You are about to do some remodeling, like it or not. You need to run one neutral wire to each appliance / light. It can be shared with all three devices. Then you need to run one hot lead to each switch... they share this lead. Then from the switches, you will need to run one wire for each device you want controlled. Three switches, three hot wires. NO BARE WIRES IN THESE CIRCUITS!!
