Can non-custodial parent refuse to let child travel out of spite?
I never have been married to him and he lives in nor-cal, I live in so-cal.. I have 96% custody of our son and he won't sign itineraries to travel even though the judge said last time in court that neither of us are flight risks and that all we have to do to travel is file an itinerary and have the other parent sign it... He refuses (out of spite) to not let our son travel.. is this possible? How can he get away with doing this? I'm not a criminal how could I be restricted of my rights as a citizen to travel just because he's got anger issues?
Any ideas?
