    Declare lemon law for appliance
I recently purchased a ken-more elite chest freezer. I have had service men attempt to fix it 5 times. How many repairs for the same problem before I request a replacement.

    Hello white:

There is NO lemon law for appliances. If it breaks again, I'd demand a new one. If they don't supply it, sue them under a fraud statute or contract law.

Yes, unless you state has a specific lemon law ( most don't, actually I don't know of any but there may be)

But you can demand one and sue them if they don't
