    1099 filing requirements - follow up
    Thanks for all the replies to my previous questions.
    In a previous question I asked about 1099-misc requirements for an LLC.
    Is the requirement the same for a sole proprietorship, LLC and a partnership, LLC?
    What do I do if I don't know for sure?

    Yes, all three must be sent Forms 1099-MISC.
