I bought my house in 1998 and my cousin went on it to prove extra income, however, my cousin has nothing to do with the house and now I want him removing and want to put my wife on it, we got married 2yrs ago and now she feels happy to go on the mortgage.. Does anyone know the fee's Abbey charge for this and how do we do this?

You and your wife will have to refinance it. If he is also on the deed you will also need to "sell" it to remove him from the deed.

You can not just "take him off" you will have to get a new loan and pay the old one off.
