What's the best exercise for firming the buttocks?
I have always done squats to keep firm.
You can also squeeze and hold for a while then release and do the process as often as you can daily to get firm butt,and as j_9 said I also do squats and it helps a lot.I had really flat butt before but with these exercises,it's rounder and firmer
