    Yes, if your state provides it online. If you are filing online you should have gotten information from your log on sceen. If not you have to contact the unemploymnet office.

    You will NOT get a W-2 for the unemployment compensation; you will get a Form 1099-G.

    More than likely, you can access your state's Department of Labor website and download your Form 1099-G from that website.
