My 3 year old's grandmother must not have visitation
My 3 year old's grandmother must not have visitation. She recently filed here in New York city. If this makes it to court, what steps should I take to prevent this from happening? What should I bring up in court to stop her. Notes.. my sons mother is not deceased and is in agreement with me, the grandmother has psychiatric issues / needing medication as well as the people she lives with, she abused of her 3 daughters earlier in life.

If it goes to Court you would have to appear, take your proof (including witnesses) and request a psych evaluation of the Grandmother. The Court will review all of the proof and make its decision.

I don't know that taking medication presents an obstacle to visitation - if it's prescribed and she DOESN'T take it, then it's an obstacle.

Yes, you will have to prove all of the things you listed, in court, with evidence that is allowed in court.
