I just bought a new house and the house has chemeny that no one used for very long time. Is there a way I can clean it myself or I should call a company to do it?

Call a company - didn't your homeowners insurance require that it be professional cleaned and inspected in order to write the coverage?

Don't use it until professionally cleaned due to the built up creosote in the chimney. Chimney fires are quite common and can prove to be very expensive as well.
