What is the procedure for a mother to obtain sole custody of a child born outside of wedlock in south africa knowing that the father doesn't object to it?

Are you saying you reside in South Africa or that the father does? Not sure on the laws over there, but if you were to file for anything here in the US, the father would be entitled to visitation and would be ordered to pay support.
