    Finding buried sewer lines
I know where the septic tank is and which direction the sewer line runs but not exactly nor where it ends. How can I find where it is buried and where the end of the line is?

You can get a plumber that has a locater for sewer lines. What this is is a snake that has a singled end on it and as that is pushed through the pipe the end sends out a signal. Thee other end to this is a another tech device that picks up the signal as he walks it down the line it also tells you exactly how deep the sewer line is. There is also a video camera they can put down your sewer line and video tape that and check for bad pipes and it also is counted in feet going down the line in location

They have companys, such as as Slueth, that specialize in locating water and sewer pipes that are under ground or under a slab. The can be found in your Yellow Pages. **or** If you wish to purshase your own locator I can hook you up. Good luck, Tom
