    Probation Violation, First Offense
I was arrestred on a domestic abuse causing bodily injury charge a few months back in Iowa and I was arrested a couple of weeks ago for a indecent exposure charge. I am on probation currently and I have been attending my classes and haven't done anything wrong since I was put on it. Do you think I will go back to jail and if so for how loing? Please help me. I'm in desperate need of help.

Which arrest ended up with probation? If it's the domestic abuse charge you violated with the indecent exposure charge (which is called "doing something wrong").

If you were on probation for the indecent exposure charge, how did you violate?

If you violated and the charge is serious - which it appears it is - you can be sent to jail for whatever the term would have been had you NOT been placed on probation as well as sentenced for the new charge.

You will find out at your probation violation hearing soon enough. Judy mapped out all the possible scenerios that could happen. Most likely you will have to do some jail time - probably a week or so if the judge wakes up in a bad mood, but more like more probation if your local jails are full.

How accurate is static 99 testing?
I am being charged with indecent exposure and they told me to go to a place where they gave me a static 99 test. It was so easy that a 7 year old could have done it. How much do prosecuters pay attention to those and is there any way to show they are in affective?

What does your Attorney say? This is no charge to handle on your own.

I think they are going to be paying very close attention to YOU from now on. Instead of trying to show the test is in effective, focus that energy on getting therapy so that maybe you can learn to control yourself better. Do you even want help?
