    Income Tax Garnishment
If I'm getting a certain percentage of my check garnished, are my income taxes going to be garnished as well?

As far as I'm aware, the only thing your taxes can be intercepted for is past-due child support.

    That is not quite true.

Past due alimony, past due state income taxes, and court judgements that are vetted in a federal court can all garnish federal income tax refunds.

Agreed; I should have included that in my original post. I assumed that the OP's wages were being garnished for a small claims case, which they won't intercept tax refunds for.
