My boyfriend found what looks to be like a hemmroid, but he has never had any pain or blood from it. Could it be something else? Perhaps he hasn't gotten to the pain yet but it will come later?

Have him get the doctor to check it out.

Could be anal herpes and not hemorroids after all.
