I came in Canada with my husband for 3 months.You are maried for 2 years but don't have children.Can I divorce him in this short time ? And if I divorce will this rellay on my status ? And after what time can I marry again ? Tnx wait for your unswer

How long have you been permanent resident? Normally you will get 2 years conditional status and if you are still married with your husband, you will be able to file to have the condition lifted. After that divorce will not jeopardize your status...

If you divorce your husband before the end of 2 years term, your status will be terminated and you will have to leave the country asap.

I am here for 2 months.we argue everyday.. and I leave like this.I thought its will be OK but is not.we leave separate not in the same room.and now I am thinking to take another apartament.but if I divorce in my country ?I am from Moldova. You status will end as soon as your divorce is final and you must leave the country immediately.

I am a permanebt Resident and received this only last year but have been married for two years. My husband and I are going through a horrible situation and separation is on the cards. I needs some help to understand where I stand, as he sponserd me. Please help
