Will this scenario go into any of my records?
Me and my girlfriend broke up a month ago and two days back I went to her house as I wanted to talk, I enetered the house with out her notice and she was talking to this new guy over the phone, she got panicked and we both entered a discussion and to scare me she just dialed 911 and hung up the phone after a few rings, then the police called her phone and asked if everything was OK... she then said, my ex came in and as I was scared, I just dialed 911, but nothing is going on, we both are fine was her answer and the police said, give us a call back if something goes wrong... I knew that police would come by and after a few minutes they did show up and entered the house, and asked if everything was OK... the police asked me to leave the house and took my information from license (NY state)... they did not arrest me, they asked me not to comeback and trouble her, I said, Ok and left her house and the place... Will this whole scenario go into any of my records? I am worried if my future employer does a background check, if this show up and jeopordize my job and future... can some one tell me if this is going to be in records? Am neither a bad person nor intend to do any harm to anyone... hope this is a right section to post my Q. All this took place in ny state...

    Thanks in advance.

You were not charged, you were not convicted, you were not arrested.

Just leave the girl alone. You will be fine.

Thanks J_9, I won't do that even in my dreams, I wish her a good life... But, I really hope this won't be recorded any where, they took my info in a small post it note...

The small post it note is not going to come back and haunt you. It will be just entered in the daily log of the 911 responses for the police and nothing more will come of it. You were not arrested or convicted of anything hence there will be nothing on your record for you to worry about.
