I have been in my apartment for a month. The landlord had me fill out some papers so they could come out and fix everything that needed to be fixed well it has been 2 weeks and I have not heard anything. Can I terminate my lease get my deposit back because they are not fulfilling their part of the lease?

Are the repairs actually in the lease ? I doubt it. Read the exact terms of the lease.
