    Week old puppy not eating
I have three puppys born 01.10.09. One (girl) is not eating, the other two are fine, growing and eating like they should. The one puppy seems to have trouble getting hold of the nipple and staying on. She twiches a lot and falls off. She is moving around and crying a lot, but not getting bigger or fat. I have a feeding bottle and she will not suck on it. I got a serringe and force some milk in her mouth, and that seemed to work some. Any thing else I can do?? Please help!

Please tell me you didn't give her cows milk. Dogs are lactose intolerant, they cannot stomach cows milk.

It's time to call your vet otherwise this little one will most likely die of starvation.

Not eating on her own is not a good sign. I agree you should take the poor baby to the vet and quickly. Will the mother attempt to feed her, or does she push away or refuse to acknowledge her? How often and what are you force feeding her?
