I have over $10,000 in medical debt. Almost all of these are in collections. Is it possible to file bankruptcy on medical bills alone.

In brief, no. There is no such category. If you file in bankruptcy, you must list everything. The Court would never decide that medical providers couldn't be paid but other creditors could.
