Our Frigidaire stove will not heat up and the console flashes a F4 code. What does this mean?

The oven temperature sensor is shorted

Check for shorted wire and/or connections between the EOC (Electronic Oven Control - Clock) and the oven temperature sensor. Replace sensor if no wiring problem.

OR

F4 Oven temperature sensor is shorted (below 500 ohms). Check resistance of oven temperature sensor, check for shorted wiring between oven temperature sensor and control
