If you have proof that your "ex" lied on the papers he filed with the Court and it would make a "substantial difference," then, yes, you can go back to Court and charge him with fraud.

It has to be a deliberate and substantial omission which would have changed the outcome and you have to be able to prove it.

I don't know how much money is involved but this is very difficult to accomplish without an Attorney and your legal fees might very well be more than you stand to gain.

What proof can you provide if you want to change any outcome of the proceedings? Being paid under the table is extremely hard to prove.
