I have Myspace IM. When I used it for the first few months it worked fine. The last time I went to use it I logged in as normal but it wouldn't connect. I got a message saying there was a firewall blocking it. I looked at all the FAQ's and did everything they said and still nothing. I unblocked all the firewalls we had on our computer and still nothing. Is there a firewall I am missing? Does anyone else use Myspace IM and have had this similar problem and if so what did you do to fix it? :confused:

I actually do not use Myspace IM for this reason. I used it for a while, and ended up getting a virus from a pop-up because I no longer had a pop-up blocker and downed a bunch of firewalls, which made my computer more vunerable.

I didn't know Myspace IM had virus's but then again a lot of things do lol. My mom has had problems with myspace and the actual site giving her computer viruses so she doesn't use it at all on her computer. Thanks for the help =]

I didn't say that Myspace IM had viruses. I said that I got a virus by disabling my pop up blocker in order to use Myspace IM.
