I have spent 2 days researching Selective breeding for my assignment for biology, and all I an in need of, is an example of either a disease or pest resistant animal (NOT plant), if anyone has the answer or link to assist I would be very grateful!1

I'm sure there must be hundreds of examples for livestock.

For example a Google search for "sheep selective breeding disease resistance" brings up many interesting results, some of which are papers, such as:

I'm sure with a little more time spent on Google you could find plenty of information for your assignment. Pest resistance might be a little harder, but I'm sure plenty of info is out there for that too.
