I have been serving on Felony probation for drug offenses in Ga. Since May of 2002 as part of a 10 year, first offender probation sentence. I have had my fines paid off since May of 04 and also been involved in AA and helped to start an NA meeting in my community in Feb. of 04. My question is , how can I go about getting an early termination from my probation?

You'll need to get a hearing in front of the judge. Your po should be able to help you. If not, ask for the written procedures manual. You should find the criteria for early release there. It'll be easier if you had a lawyer.
