    boyfriend controlling
My partner and I have children from past relationships. His x dragged him through court a couple of years ago to deal with it all. My x lives in another country and has no contact with his daughter. He has come over to see her, the csa has stopped him from leaving the country until he comes up with some money because he has been running for 2.5 years. I told my partner I was going to say something to him about the money, and he has gone off at me, screaming and shouting that he won't pay I'm wasting my time. He called me a few times @ 2 in the morning and wouldn't say anything. He has since then broken up with me because of all of this. Am I doing the wrong thing by him and sorting out my past, sot that my child sees her real dad?

There is nothing wrong wth trying to reunite your daughter with her dad and your ex should respect & understand that. However, you can't make a father be apart of their child life so don't get upset if this plan backfire.

Does your boyfriend has some controlling ways, yes. He might be a little nutty too. His reaction was uncalled for and he was acting like a father to you than a boyfriend.
