    Long distance visitation
I have a sticky situation, Me and my sons father both lost jobs last year, I was not able to work because of pregnancy, make long story short my parents were supporting me and baby. I still have not found job and neither has he, my lease is up on 1st of Feb, I am moving back home, I figure there is no need to struggle with a child and it would be easier... we have been going through a lot about custody, not sure what to do. He questions about being able to see him, told him that he can come visit, but he wants to be able to keep baby few months out of year, child is only 2 months old... What steps should I take

What does the legal custody order say. He can file in court to stop you from moving. If your moving out of state would cause undue stress on his visiting, he can file to prevent you from leaving with the child.

And why should he not have the child equal time? How is he suppose to visit where is he suppose to stay ( you can not require him to stay with you, how will he afford it)

Also in many cases ( not all ) it's the move away parent's responsibility to see that visitation is carried out. So since you plan on moving away then you might want to budget flying the child back to him should it go that far for visitation up to 2 times per year. Summer long and every other christmas.
