Based on affordable cost, not to expensive for us, we are in low income family?

As far as I know there is no cheap (inexpensive or whatever the word you want to use) health insurance. If it was cheap, the deductible would be extremely high. You may want to conact your local Health Department and see what for programs they offer that you could qualify for.

Have you checked into any state provided insurance ?

I know in GA for example there is a "peachcare" program where chidren can get insurance based on parents income, it is about 30 dollars a month for first child and less for additiona chidren.

And it will depend on how "good" insurance you want, there are some with limited pay plans, they may cover up to lets say 25,000 max in bills that a family may get for a couple hundred maybe,
Some general agencies that rep several companies, such as Farm and Ranch, offer heath insurance from 10 or 12 companies

    Hi BBrenda

The best resource(s) for you to go to is your Department/Bureau of Insurance. The state typically provides good informational pamphlets on what types of insurance carriers, the plan types that are allowed in the state of Oklahoma. Oklahoma Insurance Department - Helpful Guides

For your children, particularly if your financial picture isn't quite where you want it to be, the state run children plans work very well. The children can receive comprehensive coverage for a reduced premium. Welcome To The Oklahoma Health Care Authority

Depending upon the health conditions in your family, Oklahoma also has a "high risk pool" for those who cannot be insured "traditionally" due to a serious/debillitating illness. The link is here: Oklahoma Insurance Department - Oklahoma Health Insurance High Risk Pool

Lastly, if you are able to enroll your children onto the state health program, you and your husband should look at coverages for just the two of you. If you need some ideas, let me know.
