Old cartoon movie, girl with red slippers makes her run fast.
I've watched this movie when I was a kid, and its been driving me mad, and I want to find the name of this movie, this is what I remember, its an old cartoon movie about this girl who been turned tiny or was tiny, and she had these red slippers that made her run really fast, and she had this friend with her following her around I think, and the bad guy was this big giant fox that wanted to eat her or something, and she had a toad friend. That's all I remember if anyone got any ideas for this movie or the name of it please help me! :)
