    Girlfriend eviction
I live with my girlfriend who is also the mother of my 2 children. I want her to leave. Is there a legal way to put her out? How and where would I find an eviction notice to put her out as she isn't co-operating

That question is difficult to understand without a bit more information.

Do you want her and the children out? Or just her. Are the two of you on the lease?

Your other post indicates she's your spouse and not on the lease.

If you have grounds to evict her - "not cooperating" is not grounds for eviction - then you would have to give her notice and file for eviction according to your State's Laws. What State?

If she's your spouse, then you have to file for a divorce. A husband cannot evict his wife and a wife cannot evict her husband.

If she is your girlfriend and you manage to get her evicted, then she will most probably come after you for child support, to which she would be entitled, because no Court is going to Order her out without the children.

    What does "not cooperating" mean?
