    Is a verbal lease binding?
Ok I am in Canada and my landlord and I made a verbal lease, there was nothing signed and no witnesses whatsoever. I was not required to pay last months rent either. I gave my landlord 30 days notice on Sept. 26 that I was moving out and paid rent for October. He is now saying that I had to give him 60 days notice and is trying to get me to pay for November as well. Do I legally have to pay him for an additional month?

If you do not agree to the judge that the verbal agreement was made ,then its not binding.least I don't think so,,
