The bank came out 2 days ago and let me know we had to be aout by feb 10th. Do I not get at least a 30 day notice as I have heard? Someone please help!!

Yes, you are entitled to at least 30 days written notice. If you still haven't left after the notice period then the bank would have to file a lawsuit for eviction. But depending on your state, the bank may not have the right to evict you at all. Tell us where you are and we may be able to give you more info.
