    Hottub not heating
After emptying and refilling my hottub today the control panel is displaying ice and jets will not go off which will not let heater go on,anyone know what I can try as I have had to switch it off at the mains. I did try leaving jets on for 15mins hoping it would reset but it didn't. Any advice would be appreciated.

    1) you should ALWAYS shut your tub off at the main when doing a water change... because you can burn out your motor or your heating element.

    2) the heater can come on whether the jets are on or not. The jets actually have to at least be on low (and should turn on) when the heater comes on. The water has to flow over the element.

How old is the tub? What's the make/model?

The most common issue is the heating element. I blew mine this year.. wasn't to har to fix myself. Part cost me about $80.

I have since found out that when control panel is displaying ice message it keeps all jets on whilst heating to eliminate the hot tub freezing my hot tub is now at 40degrees and ready to enjoy thanks for helping.

40? Too hot for me I like it at 100 (101 during winter) - then you can stay in longer safely :)

    Glad its working! ENJOY!
