    Can I itemize the money that is payroll deducted for chapter 13 bankruptcy?

    Welcome to AMHD. For a deduction on your income tax? Why would you think that? Are you the employee or employer? Isn't money that is payroll deducted for chapter 13 'after-taxes'?
