I am a person with no prior history. I was accused of petty theft in a store. The police was called but I was released. I am going crazy its going to be 4 months. I heard nothing. I live in Kissimmee, Florida. What do you think is going on. Do you think they will not proceed to charge. :confused::(

Were you ticketed or did the Police just come and escort you out of the store?

The officer took my ID and called on his radio I guess for warrants and then he said he will release me on a APS . He said he will forward the report to the prosecuting attorney in my county. Then he escorted me out of the store. I haven't heard anything since then.
