Promise to apear Tomorrow
Seriously, you must be wondering what I forget this date until now. But I did. and tomorrow I have a promise to apear for 8:30 with no lawyer.
Incident-
A girl made a claim she saw ME, running from a scene where a piece of a balcony fell on her car and damaged in. She called the cops 1am .
A cop emails me in end of November saying he got my email from a local college security that the girl knew I went to the college.
I wrote back to the cop the same day. Explaining to him that it I DIDN'T DO IT! I WOULD REMEMBER
I checked online and found an msn conversation in my history with a girl I know from the same time when the girl made the claim, and I was living 25min drive from the area the incident happened.
Anyway I sent the msn history to the cop dealing with the situation. And say its up to the crown attorny now.
So anyway, I DID EVERYTHING they asked me to do- show up for fingure prints, picture. And met with the cop the station in that area.
The girl wants me to pay her 100$ deductable but I AM 100% positve I didn't do it! So tell me what should I do tomorrow morning, and what is going to happen there. I Have no clue. I'm 23 years old male, no criminal record. What is going to happen tomorrow exacly?
