I have to break my lease in my apt. in the lease it says we have to pay 250 plus two months rent. We cannot afford this amt up front. Is there anyway to set up payment plans with landlords (in new jersey)?

That's an agreement you will have to make with the landlord/leasing manager.

You can make this agreement if they agree, but in the end, if you have to move and you don't have the money they will just have to sue you for it if they don't agree
