How do I find all of the history on my comuter even after it has been deleted

What history are you looking for exactly? Certain things can be recovered with programs but it depends on what you're looking for.

Basically once it's deleted it GONE for good.
There are programs out there that say they can recover deleted history, but I have yet to find one that actually does what it says.

the ony way to get history back is to do a system restore to an earlier point in time, this will restore the registry back to before you deleted you history as history are in registry values

no other way than a system restore

I've recovered pictures and things after deleting them accidentally; that's why I was wondering what they meant by "history."

I read it as internet history as posted in Internet Help section, internet history is not put in recycle bin
