To give the child a father and a last name. To get child support from that father later on.

So that the child can find the biological father later if contact is not kept up.

I am assuming that you are talking about the biological father, and not just some guy that she's now dating---because the latter would be falsifying a document.

So she can bag you for child support! Change the name of the baby so the real father can't find the child later. Who know what they think of these days... I been through it all, so be careful on whatever intentions you have for signing if you plan too...

Can you define what you mean, are you discussing the real father or some other man she knows is not the father.

This is very bad legal advice. Changing the name of the baby so the father can't find the child? For what purpose? You still at some point may have to do full disclosure - if you receive Government benefits, someone wants to adopt the child -

I am quite frankly rather horrified that in view of all of your legal problems, including leaving the Country, not seeing your children for a couple of years, being in arrears to two women, that you would post this.
