I aM only 19 years old but have very hard been trying to get pregnant. I was on the Depo shot for only 3 months and after the three months were over me and my boyfriend had been trying to conceive but we haven't been able to get pregnant . I am also a Type 1 Diabetic since the age of 8 is it the Diabetes that is not letting me conceive or was it the Depo shot?:(

And how long have you been trying, are your cycles regular and are you trying during the best times of the month.

While some people conceive on the first time they have sex, after that some couples take a year or two sometimes

We have been trying for a year now and no my cycles are not regular and there are times that I bleed when we have sex

Have you thought about seeing a specialist to find out if there are any problems with your reproductive organs?

However, it can take a while to conceive. It seems it helps when people don't think about it too much and let it just happen on its own.
