    IM SO CONFUSED WITH CHEMISTRY I Don't GET A SINGLE THING! THIS IS MY SECONED SEMSTER!! I DEFENITLRY NEED HELP! :confused:

    how would I predict an equation?? There is so many rules and turns it just makes my head hurt! Is there an easy way to figure this out! Here is a problem I am working on right now

    You're not thinking.

    Your equation makes no sense, especially the "+7" and the "+2". What are those supposed to be. Oxygen in the plus state does not exist (O+2)

    Are you sure it's not CH3OH + O2 =?
